This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit innergamesystem.com (the “Site”) or sign up to receive the ebook The Inner Game of Life: Total Dominion. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Arkadius Sixer, author and publisher of The Inner Game System.

2. What data we collect

• Email address — provided voluntarily by you through the ebook sign-up form on the Site. This is the only personal data we actively collect.
• Anonymous usage data — aggregated, non-identifying traffic statistics (such as page views and referrers) collected by Vercel Analytics. This data does not use cookies and cannot be used to identify you.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, payment details or any special categories of data.

3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

We process your email address on the legal basis of your consent, given when you submit the sign-up form — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Your email address is used only to:

• deliver the ebook you requested;
• send you occasional messages about closely related materials (for example, the upcoming audiobook edition or new chapters).

Anonymous usage statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used and improving it — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Who processes your data (service providers)

We use a small number of trusted service providers who act as data processors on our behalf:

• MailerLite — stores the email addresses collected through the sign-up form and delivers the ebook and related messages. Data is hosted in the EU under a data processing agreement, and MailerLite is ISO 27001 certified.
• Vercel — hosts the Site and serves its content.
• Vercel Analytics — provides anonymous, cookie-free traffic analytics.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. Your email address is never shared for advertising or marketing purposes outside The Inner Game System.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address for as long as your consent remains valid — that is, until you withdraw it or ask us to delete your data. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our records without undue delay and no later than 30 days from your request.

Anonymous usage statistics contain no personal data and may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure — have your personal data deleted (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restriction and objection — limit or object to how we process your data.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

8. Cookies

The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All traffic to and from the Site is encrypted over HTTPS.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
